WHAT IS GAD?

GAD (Generalized anxiety disorder) is diagnosed after six months of consistent symptoms such as:
Nausea, numbness, muscle tension, muscle aches, difficulty concentrating, insomnia etc etc.

It's very hard to point out what may be hard for one and another but these are some of the most common symptoms. Keep in mind that this is something a psychologist must investigate, it can be quite harmful for people with a big fantasy to put a diagnose on themselves because it's easy to create illusions about the worst case scenario.

If you recognize these symptoms in your everyday life or in someone else's life, make sure you get the help you need because there is help for you.
